Hi guys

I am retrofitting the ADS switch. Facelift button which has an 8 pin connector. My car probably had the old style ADS switch with 3 pin connector at 2010 but I'm trying this newer button. Maybe that's my issue first off. Can facelift button work on non facelift?

I used the various YouTube and threads to know that usually pin 7 goes to pin 16 of the 32 pin connector under the steering wheel but it's not working for me yet. I have power and it lights up.
