I was about to buy an Audi extended warranty until a dealer informed me of a key difference between the two. Both warranties are transferable and both can be canceled at any time for a pro-rated refund. However, the Audi warranty will deduct the amount of any claims from the pro-rated refund whereas the Fidelity warranty will simply pro-rate the refund (and not deduct for any claims).

The Audi warranty starts at the end of the factory warranty and the Fidelity warranty starts immediately...
