Why Timing-Chain-Tensioner recall was available only to few countries? In some countries, there are cars sold from official VW dealer and on the list of affected models, but aren't covered by VW warranty service. VW didn't even warn the buyers of the affected models. Thus, many VW users got unexpected damages and left to blame themselves. Is VW treating some countries indifferently?
