Has anyone fitted these powerflex bushes to there cast arms I'm not sure what side up to press them I would of thought the thicker part ...

Has anyone fitted these powerflex bushes to there cast arms I'm not sure what side up to press them I would of thought the thicker part would be at the bottom but the arms hole tapers down at the bottom meaning the small bit would be at the bottom I believe any ideas ?
